It will take you about ten to fifteen minutes to answer the questions. *Please note you must live in PEI to be in the Date-A-Base.

Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know that your information has been received.
Because each submission is read by a human, if and when a potential match has joined, we’ll reach out and see if you’d like to become a member and be introduced.
This might not be fast. But it might just last.
