CODE OF CONDUCT FOR WAYWARD HEARTS DATING EVENTS AND MATCHMAKING

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 21 years old.

  • By registering, attendees confirm they are single and seeking companionship.

2. Registration and Payment

  • All participants must register and pay the event fee before attending.

  • Fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizer.

3. Event Rules

  • Participants must respect other attendees and event staff.

  • Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or discrimination, will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or participation.

4. Matching Process & Disclaimer

  • Matches are based on participant preferences and event interactions.

  • The organizer does not guarantee or promise that participants will find a match during the event.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal information provided during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for event purposes.

  • The organizer will not share participant details without consent.

6. Liability

  • The organizer is not responsible for personal interactions, disputes, or relationships that result from the event.

  • Participants attend at their own risk and waive any claims against the event organizer.

7. Modification and Cancellation

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify event details or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Participants will be notified in advance if changes occur and given a refund in the event of cancellation.

8. Dispute Resolution Clause

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from or relating to participation in Wayward Hearts speed dating events, the parties agree to resolve the matter through the following process:

a)   Negotiation – The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct discussions within 30 days of the issue arising.

b) Mediation – If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to mediation, where a neutral third-party mediator will facilitate discussions. Mediation will take place within 45 days of the failed negotiation, and costs will be shared equally between the parties.

c)   Arbitration – If mediation does not result in a resolution, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Prince Edward Island. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable.

d) Governing Law – This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

e)  Confidentiality – All dispute resolution proceedings shall remain confidential, and no party shall disclose details to third parties unless required by law.

  • By registering and attending, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WAYWARD HEARTS MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Members must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).

  • By signing up, members confirm they are single and actively seeking companionship.

2. Membership Registration and Fees

  • Membership requires successful registration and payment before activation.

  • All membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the service is permanently discontinued.

  • Membership may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining membership duration.

3. Member Conduct

  • Members must treat others with respect and kindness.

  • Any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

  • Members may not use the service for commercial purposes, solicitation, or any illegal activities.

4. Matchmaker Discretion

  • The matchmaker reserves the right to deny membership renewal if warranted, including cases of policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or circumstances that may negatively impact other members or the integrity of the service.

5. Event Participation

  • Members must register for each dating event separately, as availability may be limited.

  • The organizer reserves the right to limit access or deny entry to events based on registration status or behavioral concerns.

6. Matching Process & Disclaimer

  • Matches are based on participant preferences and event interactions.

  • The organizer does not guarantee or promise that members will find a match or a relationship through participation.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal information provided during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for membership and event purposes.

  • The organizer will not share member details with third parties without consent.

8. Liability

  • The organizer is not responsible for any personal interactions, disputes, or relationships formed through events.

  • Members participate at their own risk and waive any claims against the event organizer.

9. Membership Termination

  • The organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships at any time for violations of these terms.

  • Members may cancel their own membership, but no refunds will be issued.

10. Modification and Cancellation

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify membership benefits, event details, or discontinue the service at any time.

  • Members will be notified of significant changes in advance.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to membership must first go through negotiation and mediation, as outlined in the Dispute Resolution Clause.

  • If unresolved, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration in accordance with Prince Edward Island laws.

Terms and Conditions for Wayward Hearts Matchmaking Services

1. Client Eligibility

  • Clients must be at least 25 years old.

  • Clients must be single and genuinely seeking a long-term relationship.

  • The matchmaker reserves the right to assess readiness for matchmaking and may determine that a client is not currently eligible if emotional, psychological, or other personal factors are likely to prevent a successful match.

2. Application and Fees

  • Clients must complete an application process, including a consultation to assess preferences and suitability.

  • Matchmaking fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the service is permanently discontinued.

  • Payment must be made before matchmaking services begin.

3. Matchmaking Process & Disclaimer

  • The matchmaker does not guarantee or promise that a client will find a match or a long-term relationship.

  • Matches are based on client preferences, compatibility assessments, and availability of suitable candidates.

  • The success of the matchmaking process depends on both parties’ willingness to engage authentically.

4. Member Conduct & Readiness

  • Clients must treat potential matches with respect and engage in interactions in good faith.

  • The matchmaker reserves the right to pause or terminate matchmaking services if a client exhibits behavior that suggests they are not emotionally or mentally ready for a meaningful relationship.

  • Any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of matchmaking services without refund.
